Sadly we have closed our doors for at least 7 days weeks under Stage 4 Lockdown restrictions in Metro Victoria. We have temporarily turned off online booking during this time.
We are rebooking existing clients with overdue maintenance as a priority. Once we have worked through these clients will reopen out books to new customers (date TBD).

In accordance with the recommendations announced today it is a recommendation that all customers please wear a face mask or face covering when attending appointments.

Hairdressers are still allowed to remain open and classed as an essential service. You are permitted to travel during lockdown if you are on your way to an appointment. We suggest you keep your reminder emails and texts to use as proof of why you are traveling during lockdown.

I feel like a lot of this goes without saying at this point, but I thought that we should reach out and update you all on our short and long term action plan.
Here’s what we are doing to maintain a clean and safe environment for you, your loved ones and our team.
COVID-19 Salon Policy & guidelines
Updated client sick / self-isolation policy
We will not accept any clients with symptoms, no exceptions.
Please delay your appointment for a minimum of 7 days if you or any close contact has been sick within last 7 days.
Please delay your appointment for a minimum of 7 days if you or any close contact with has travelled internationally in the last 7 days.
Friendly client reminder of personal hygiene standards in the salon: frequent hand washing or sanitiser, hands-off greetings, covering coughs and sneezes.
No extra guests.
Salon Sick Policy: Team members with symptoms will not work and will seek medical clearance before returning to work.
During this time our cleaning regime has been increased:
Upon arrival at your appointment use the hand sanitiser provided.
Please use the Services VIC QR code check-in.
Please wear a face mask to your appointment.
Please ensure that your vaccination status or exemptions in-line with government recommendations.
There will be no salon magazines provided, feel free to bring your own entertainment to enjoy during appointments.
Our team have completed the Australian Government Department of Health COVID-19 infection control training.
We are a small business and appreciate every one of our customers, and your support during this time. Should you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment please try to give us as much notice as possible.
We understand that these are scary and uncertain times, but please be assured that we are trying our best to maintain a normal, relaxed, happy and safe environment for our clients.
These are the current steps we are taking and we will remain informed and follow official guidelines as they are updated.

Our team have completed Australian Government Department of Health COVID-19 infection control training. This online training module covers the fundamentals of infection prevention and control for COVID-19.
