do I need a consultation?
Yes! Consultations are required for every hair extension service. No appointments will be able to go ahead without a consultation first.
appointment reminders
Reminders are automatically sent via email and SMS 48 hours prior to scheduled appointments. Clients are responsible for keeping their personal information up to date to ensure that they receive these reminders.
cancelling or changing appointments
Any changes or cancellations to reservations must be made with minimum 48 hours notice via +61403257398 or email info@wearedolls.com. You can also change your appointment via the online booking service https://wearedolls.book.app/
deposits
Booking deposits are required to secure all appointments. Deposits will be forfeit if the client is a no-show to fails to give 48 hours or more notice to rebook or cancel an appointment. Deposits are only carried over when appointments are rebooked at the time of cancelling.
Deposits for consultations are able to be refunded after the consultation if the client chooses not to proceed with any future appointments, or We are Dolls deems them unsuitable for hair extensions. Please contact us to request you refund to be processed.
Booking deposits for all other hair extension appointments are non-refundable.
cancellation fee
Cancellation fee's apply if you are a no-show or change/reschedule or cancel your booking with less than 48 hours notice.
Booking deposits are forfeit if you reschedule with less than 48 hours notice. 50% of the total cost of the missed appointment will apply with any failure to attend a scheduled appointment.
Cancellation fee’s are to be paid in full before your appointment will be rebooked.
arrival
If you are lost, or running late, please phone us. Arriving late might mean your treatment is shortened, or that we can not complete your appointment in the time left. Please note that appointments must finish on time so as not to inconvenience our next guests, and full fees will still apply to shortened treatments.
little ones and extra guests
Please note that We are Dolls is not a suitable venue for babies or children. In the interests of their safety - and your sanity - we do not permit young guests to accompany parents to appointments, make bookings, or otherwise be in the facilities. Likewise, we unfortunately do not have enough room in our studio to accomodate extra guests, please do not bring any company to your appointments.
client etiquette
Whilst in our venue, we ask that you kindly respect our staff, facilities, policies and the quiet enjoyment of other guests. Please note that entry to the salon and invitations to rebook are at our discretion.
special considerations
For any additional requirements; allergies, conditions (including pregnancy) or disabilities may not advised at the time of making the reservation, please contact us so we can best accommodate your needs and in assist in the appropriate choice of treatment. Whilst all care is taken, We are Dolls can not guarantee any of our treatments (or catering) are completely free from traces of allergens, or appropriate for any medical condition. Please seek prior advice from your doctor or healthcare professional.
stairs
Due to staircases and lack of lifts, the salon may be unsuitable for wheelchairs, prams, bikes and heavy luggage, or for some elderly or mobility impaired guests. We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience.
location
We are Dolls is located in Caulfield East, 3145, Melbourne. We are available for mobile appointment to most suburbs of Melbourne (travel fees apply). And appointments at our home studio appointment are also available. All bookings are by appointment only, walk in's are not available.
getting here:
Public transport: The closest train station is Caulfield train station on the Frankston line. Local trams are 3, 3a (stop 57).
Parking: If parking is required, we suggest parking venues at: Leamington Crescent, 3145.
gift cards
Gift are valid for 12 months and can be redeemed for the treatment/s nominated or for the original value of the card, which can be applied towards another We are Dolls treatment. Cards must be presented on arrival. Please note that gift cards are valid for full priced treatments only. Gift cards can not be used to purchase products or in conjunction with special promotions/discounts.
