Extension maintenance is recommended every 6-8 weeks. If left longer than this matting and tangling will occur and you risk damage. Extra costs apply for overdue maintenance

We may be able to provide maintenance of extensions from another salon at our discretion. Please enquire to discuss

cancellation fees

Booking deposits will be forfeited in the case of any short notice (less than 48 hours) changes to appointments.
50% of the total cost of the missed appointment will apply as the cancellation fee for ‘no shows’.
Cancellation fees must be paid in full before rebooking.
Booking deposits for extension installations are non-refundable.
